As a management trainee at Enterprise, I am learning the skills and strategies to run a successful business in the car rental industry. I am responsible for sales, customer service, marketing, and operations, and I have achieved multiple sales goals and customer satisfaction ratings. I am also pursuing an M.A. in Strategic Communications at Eastern Illinois University, where I am enhancing my knowledge and expertise in digital media, public relations, and crisis management. In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am passionate about creating and delivering multimedia content to diverse audiences. I have been a TV and radio host at EIU for over four years, covering sports, news, and entertainment topics, and reaching over viewers and listeners per week. I have also developed my journalism skills through writing, editing, and producing stories for various platforms, using Google Analytics to measure and optimize their performance. I am eager to apply my communication, production, and journalism skills to make a positive impact in the media industry.
