My expertise includes restaurant operations; corporate managers and employee training; program instructional design; e-learning instructional design and implementation; leadership training; food safety and compliance training; new restaurant opening training; employee program design and implementation; Leadership classroom facilitation for all audiences from employee to executive. For 30+ years, I have guided the careers of many restaurant professionals in both the restaurant operations and corporate ranks with restaurant and retail brands. I have developed an exceptional background in people and project management and a professional style based on excellent interpersonal communications and an ability to make the best possible use of my resources.
