About Summer Knight
Multi-disciplinary artist. Yoga and meditation instructor. Content creator and photographer. Summer holds a BFA from Elam School of Fine Arts and is currently a co-owner of London St Art Club and a practicing visual artist in Auckland. Teaching Yin and Vinyasa yoga part-time throughout Tāmaki Makaurau, as well as bringing meditation courses to corporate teams, she also creates quality content for Eastwest Yoga and High Impact Athletes. Having spent over 300 hours in various yoga-centric trainings, her trauma-informed teaching style creates a neutral space for students to explore the unique connection between their bodies and breath. Her approach to teaching art is woven with a similar thread.
