With a career dedicated to fostering diversity. access, & equity, my role as Director at LSU Women's Center/LGBTQ+ Center and as an adjunct faculty in Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies has positioned me at the forefront of gender equity advocacy and leadership advancement. Leading with a commitment to intersectional frameworks, my work involves consulting on DEI matters and developing impactful training programs. My approach integrates collaborative problem-solving and effective communication, ensuring that initiatives resonate on both an institutional and community level. The recognition as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Louisiana underscores my dedication to building inclusive environments that empower individuals across the spectrums of identity and experience.
