About Summer Terry

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Project Manager at Intake Breathing, I work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and team support. In a fast-paced startup environment, I manage projects, streamline operations, and help keep the team aligned and moving forward — all while supporting executive leadership. I graduated with Honors in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, and I bring with me a background in luxury hospitality, where I honed my ability to anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and deliver high-quality service in dynamic settings. What drives me is a genuine passion for helping teams thrive. I love building systems, solving problems, and finding ways to make an impact. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong dancer. I trained with several of the nation’s top ballet companies, and the discipline and creativity I developed through dance continue to influence how I show up professionally — focused, energized, and always learning.
