For the past eight years, I've built my career in retail, starting on the sales floor and now leading it. My seven years as a Sales Associate taught me everything about customer connection, product passion, and the hustle it takes to hit a goal. That experience is the bedrock of my leadership style. Now, as a Retail Supervisor for the past year, I channel that knowledge into leading a team. My focus is on: · Guiding my team through coaching and support, helping them develop the skills I honed over the years. · Protecting our store's reputation by expertly managing aftersales and customer service situations with empathy and efficiency. · Ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes, from administration to reporting, so my team can focus on what they do best: serving the customer.
