About Summit M.

With over 14 years of experience in business and IT management outsourcing and HR solutions I am a board member at OzStaff and Oversee IT & Developement Department. I hold a CPA credential and a MPA and a PGDM from Federation University Australia. I have a strong background in accounting finance and strategic planning as well as a passion for the international emerging markets. At OzStaff I advise on strategic plans participate in evaluations and monitor the financial affairs of the organization. I also contribute to the development of policies and initiatives that benefit the organization and its clients such as being a finalist for the Best Use of Digital Award 2021. At BLOM IT As Director I oversee and supervise all the business operations employees and proceedings of the company. I manage the agendas budgets and decisions for the managed entity and the separate projects as well as investigate and inspect the production merchandise and competitors. I also generate initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities reduce operational risks and forecast future trends. My mission is to leverage my diverse background and expertise to provide high-quality and innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and stakeholders. I am dedicated to nurturing and growing the business relationships and networks in the Asia-Pacific region where I have extensive experience and knowledge. I am also committed to improving the processes and systems that enable the smooth and efficient functioning of the organizations I work with.
