About Summit Salunke

Known as ‘Summit’ in the global business community, I joined Sumeet Group Enterprises at the age of 18 in 2007 — driven by a vision to scale new heights while carrying forward a legacy of excellence. Today, as Vice Chairman, I lead the Group’s business strategy, planning, integration initiatives, diversification, and M&A activities — driving sustainable growth across sectors and geographies. Founded in 1992, Sumeet Group is a trusted name in security solutions, environmental services, emergency response, and facilities management. With professionals across 40+ locations in 22 states, we proudly serve over 1,200 clients — committed to delivering dependable, tech-enabled, and future-ready solutions. An alumnus of Harvard Business School’s OPM program, I bring a global perspective and entrepreneurial agility to our operations. I have had the honour of representing India at international platforms including the World Economic Forum (Davos), TiE Global Entrepreneurship Conference (Hong Kong), and the International Business Plan Competition (Italy) — where I continue to advocate for innovation-led, sustainable business models. Passionate about workforce development and upskilling, I actively support the Sumeet Group Training Academy — our initiative to elevate industry standards and empower our people. At Sumeet Group, we don’t just deliver services — we build partnerships that elevate businesses, enrich lives, and strengthen communities.
