As a Data Science and AI professional with 6.5+ years of experience in analytics AI-driven insights and solution validation—and over 10 years of total industry experience—I specialize in applying Generative AI (GenAI) LLMs (GPT-4 Hugging Face) and advanced analytics to improve Consumer Experience in global IS functions. Currently at ABB I lead initiatives in predictive modeling sentiment and root cause analysis AI QA frameworks and uplift modeling—driving data-informed decisions across diverse business units. My technical expertise includes Python SQL Power BI Snowflake and NLP backed by conceptual understanding of Azure and GCP. I completed my M.S. in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering from IIT Kharagpur with research focused on RF and Radar technologies which led to two IEEE publications. This technical foundation paved the way for my transition into data science and AI.
