About Sumreen Javed

Curious about what I do? I am a passionate Canadian Pharmacist and Oncology Scientist with a PharmD and Ph.D, bringing over eight years of expertise in oncology research as well as cancer prevention. My experience spans breast cancer research, CAR T-cell therapy, and clinical oncology practice. I have had the privilege of working with renowned institutions in Canada and the US, including Harvard Medical School, where I served as a cancer immunotherapy consultant. My role involved cross-functional collaboration with teams in Europe and the US, drawing from my expertise in cancer immunotherapy. Currently, I am an oncology pharmacist at CancerCare Manitoba, directly involved in patient care. My academic journey includes seven publications in leading journals, recognition through 15 faculty and national scholarships, and presenting over 20 keynote and guest lectures as an invited speaker. My leadership roles as president of the Pharmaceutical Science Graduate Society and chair of my faculty's graduate symposium reflect my commitment to fostering professional development and student well-being. I am actively seeking opportunities in Medical Affairs, Project Leadership, Healthcare Strategy, and Analytics Consulting.
