My journey in the Corporate Governance field began as a Corporate Governance Analyst at Equiniti where I honed my skills in board support and regulatory frameworks. Prior to this, I served as a Remuneration Analyst at Minerva Analytics, specialising in executive compensation and stakeholder engagement.I hold an LLM in Corporate Governance and a BSc in Economics and Business Finance, which provide me with a strong foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of governance and financial management. My academic and professional experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of governance structures, risk management, and ethical business practices.
