Currently Owner and Director of Plimco Limited, a Project Lifecycle Management consultancy company based in Ireland and Singapore. I am an Mechanical Process Engineer in the Pharmaceutical industry with handson experience of more than 20 years in the field Project Lifecycle Management involved in Project Validation Strategy & Planning, C&Q implementation and project management, construction, procurement, operation support R&D trials etc. Implementation of QRM on newer projects and implementation of ASTM E2500 for the C&Q phase of the project. Goal is to make the process of Commissioning identified even from the Design stage and make the process more robust in less time. A good Commissioning work and its documentation (GEP Documentation ) must leave validation as a mere paper exercise Specialties: Lead Commissioning and Qualification effort from design phase for healthcare clients including Pharma, Biotech and Medical device projects towards implementing efficient and lean models to achieve optimal efficiency in cost and schedule. Also can provide hands-on C&Q experience in Non pharma equipments, process systems, Utilities etc for an efficient and successful Commissioning including GMP documentation generation and execution Procurement and life cycle of GMP equipments from URS preparation until PQ of the equipment.
