Over 10 years’ 5 Months experience in Quality control department and Manufacturing & expediting process as per QA plan & NDT Certified in ASNT Level II.• Currently associated with M/S ALLEN REIN FORCED PLASTICS PRIVATE LTD as a Senior QC Engineer (Hyderabad).• Good experience in composite manufacturing process like F1, F2 section, 210 frame and rear fairings.• Hands on experience in composite materials like carbon fabric, S2 glass fabric, glass roving, T10-14 goving, S2 glass tape and resin like Epoxy resin system, Polymide resin system.• Involved in the inspection process of F1 & F2 Sections, 210 frame assemblies, Rear faring assembly at various stage as per QAP and same offering to BAPL and MSQAA at various stages.• Have expertise in Quality process and implementation of quality plan in various stages as per QAP.• Good knowledge on Interpretation of engineering drawings & Standards like AS 9100 & ISO 9001 and codes.• Inspection of F2 section INS and SEEKER measurement y using FARO arm.• Inspecting Theoretical contour and waviness of composite section at various stages as per QAP. • Good Experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) like UT, PT, MT VT, and RT.• Good knowledge of Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD & T).• Distributing respectively works to Inspectors an engineer’s as head of QC department. • Handling NCR’s with effective Root Cause Analysis & resolution involving Customer complaints.• Ensure the EMS safety as part of operation needs during critical stage of testing’s at In-house.• Involved in QA audit conducted by BAPL & MSQAA and attestation committee. • Expediting the machining and assembly daily work and updating progress to the Executive director and client.• Planning inspection and delivery dates with Executive director and client.• Ability to hand the customer problems and resolving with efficiency.• An effective communicator and team leader with proven team building management abilities.
