With over 13 years of experience in social listening, content strategy, analytics and SEO, I am currently the Lead in Social Analytics team at Kyndryl, a new company that was spun off from IBM in September 2021. I lead a team of social media analysts who monitor, measure, and optimize the online presence and reputation of our clients. I also hold two IBM certifications in market development and insights, and blockchain essentials, which demonstrate my knowledge and skills in these emerging fields. Prior to joining Kyndryl, I was a Social Listening Lead - Social Insights at IBM for 9 years, where I supported various industries and projects with data-driven insights and recommendations. Before that, I was a Social Media Manager at Autumn Worldwide, a digital marketing agency, where I managed the social media accounts and campaigns of several brands. I am passionate about using social analytics to understand customer behavior, preferences, and feedback, and to create engaging and relevant content that drives business outcomes. I am also committed to learning new tools and technologies that can enhance my social analytics capabilities and offer innovative solutions to our clients.
