My professional journey commenced in 2013 with a focus on core secretarial practice evolving swiftly into roles encompassing Internal Audits and vital support services for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) at NSSK. Transitioning in 2016 to spearheading Finance & Accounting functions for NSSKCA clients I progressed further into Structuring and Transaction Advisory in 2018 culminating in leading Fundraising efforts from 2020 onwards. Driven by an intrinsic curiosity about my clients' businesses I diligently sought to comprehend their financial challenges. This realization underscored the imperative for comprehensive financial advisory services over mere compliance. What initially began as supplementary support for select clients blossomed into a refined product offering. Our contributions have facilitated the scaling of numerous companies from $5M to $1B in revenue fostering a sense of fulfillment as integral participants in their growth trajectory. In my role I derive immense satisfaction from engaging with diverse perspectives and driving client success and value delivery at NSSK. Serving as an advisor to several Private Equity (PE) funded entities across various sectors I specialize in transaction structuring and fostering robust corporate governance practices. Moreover I co-founded Outreach Capital Advisors LLP focusing on Private Equity and Transaction Advisory while steering growth and scale at NSSK.
