I am the Managing Director of Klimas Wkręt-met for Asia Region, a leading European company that produces and supplies fasteners for various applications and industries, such as facades, elevators, steel buildings, interiors, doors, windows, retrofitting, wood working, and chemical solutions. Joined KLIMAS group in July 2019,Followed by setting 100% Subsidiary in Feb2020,Fighted against Covid-19 to start new brand from Scratch in this part of the world. My core competencies include New business development, Key account management, Strategic leadership, established 3 new brands in last 3 job assignments. My mission is to ensure that high-quality products reach the buyers at the right price, and that KLIMAS becomes one of the top three brand preferences in India by 2025. I also aim to develop and groom my team members to take bigger roles in the future, as I believe that talent development is very important. I have a strong track record of delivering results, as evidenced by the multiple brands established in India,SE Asia & ME Region and contracts that I have secured and executed with various clients and partners across the region. I am passionate about providing innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the market.
