A seasoned HR evangelist with 1.5 decades of multidomain exposure in END to END human resource life cycle, with a track record of helping start-ups to generate 1.2 X revenue for their operational excellence. I am basically from a middle-class higher-educated family with a rich in culture family. In the HR profession, I have experienced various types of situations which helped me to learn and grow. I have professionally completed my full-time BBA and MBA degree from Burdwan University. I have done my Certification courses from XLRI Jamshedpur in Strategist Performance Management Systems.My key learning areas are -Enabling technology with the utmost capabilities of human resources.
