Provides IT infrastructure and/or application infrastructure lifecycle technical support, including planning, project management, installation, on-going management/monitoring troubleshooting, and de-installation, following operational policies & processes compliant with industry standards. • Independently performs backup System Administrator functions when necessary to troubleshoot or administer Windows Servers, network applications or network infrastructure • Plans, develops and implements projects to educate the end user community on computer related tasks that will improve their efficiency such as a Help Desk Tips via email, notifications of new support topics available at the help desk, etc. • Supervise, coordinate and manage the disaster recovery planning and execution for IT infrastructure area of responsibility • Develops, ensure adherence to and continuously improve all aspects of general computer controls necessary to ensure the effective, • Supported and maintained servers and backups. • Provides on site or remote access diagnoses and resolution of computer hardware and software problems • Responsibility for support of infrastructure systems and software related to business system • Responsibilities for the support of all infrastructure hardware, network and storage configuration, data center operations and infrastructure software • Ability to support a variety of technologies, business departments and systems, and independently resolve problems and pro-actively communicate solutions • Modify & Develop new Application for example: Maintenance System, Moulding System, Spare part System, etc Application/Industry Knowledge In - Supermarket Management System - Automatic Restaurant Management System (ARMS)- Supply of Management - Demand of Management - Point Of Sales (POS)- HRD Management (HRIS)- Account Payable - Account Receivable - Inventory / Stock Control - Absence Management - Finance (credit management)- Industry System Management
