I am an International Tax and Corporate Tax Advisory partner at PwC Singapore with over 25 years of experience providing tax, regulatory and business advisory services. I specialize in cross-border projects involving international tax, transfer pricing, investment structuring, intellectual property structuring, and global structuring. I have been involved in Government negotiations with the Singapore Economic Development Board, International Enterprise Singapore, and tax authorities in multiple jurisdictions to obtain favorable tax incentives, grants, and rulings for various clients. I have also led several projects involving multi-cultural teams across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas. I have had extensive experience working closely with various global MNCs and Asia Headquartered businesses across diverse industries such as technology, services, telecommunications, manufacturing, media, and healthcare. I have assisted clients in areas such as corporate tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, diagnostic reviews, tax litigations and compliance. I am a regular speaker at various regional and global seminars and I have also participated in overseas roadshows with the Singapore Economic Development Board to jointly promote investments into Singapore.
