Possess vast experience in Sales and Distribution in the Telecom and Consumer Durables Industry. In Telecom, have handled Sales of all products - Prepaid, Postpaid, PCO and have managed all channels of business - Distribution, Retail (Exclusive and Multi Brand), Enterprise Biz, Direct Sales, etc at Senior levels in Challenger markets. Appointed dealer, distribution, franchise networks from scratch in Gujarat and Delhi; revived and developed post paid business in Karnataka ((Idea) and Delhi/NCR (RCom); worked in markets with low dealer/employee morale (S. Guj & Saurashtra) and handled many challenging projects and assignments. In Consumer electronics, worked at the State level, responsible for Team Management and development, Channel expansion and profitability, Sales and Collection, Inventory Management, Coordination with Finance, Marketing, Production for forecasting, marketing campaigns and Branch functioning. Launched Thomson Brand in Rajasthan and set up complete office, dealer network, sales team, etc Worked extensively handling multi location offices in Gujarat, Delhi NCR, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Assam and North East.
