As a Logistics Coordinator at Endress+Hauser Group, a global leader in measurement and automation technology, I manage customer orders for Western Canada, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and satisfaction. With over eight years of experience in supply chain and logistics, I have developed strong skills in Lean Six Sigma, project procurement management, and problem solving, which enable me to enhance efficiency and value in every aspect of my role. I am responsible for Planning & executing, expediting, and invoicing customer orders, as well as liaising with production facilities in the US and Europe to prioritize the orders. I also create and maintain material master data in SAP, estimate crating costs for air and ocean exports, and handle customer inquiries. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities. My goal is to deliver exceptional service and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders, and to contribute to the success and growth of Endress+Hauser.
