Working together with design engg for planning and developing new gauges, instruments and testing equipment’s. Handling Gestamps own portal FULL STEP. Establish the plan of quality assurance activities for each new model. Responsible for SPC from Supplier for CTQ Parameters. visits for Quality improvement CA & PA with Team involvement. Initiated improvement, Kaizen’s, and suggestion to reduce supplier rejection. Review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the Supply chain. CFT member in analyzing and solving potential customer complaints. Weekly Interaction with Suppliers for the Quality Issues and Improvements.
