With over 28 years of software development and project management experience, I am currently a senior business analyst at Vivaticket, a leading provider of ticketing solutions for live events, entertainment, and leisure. In this role, I leverage my agile and product expertise to deliver innovative and user-friendly products that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I work with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and oversee the development and testing of web and mobile applications. I also communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to ensure the alignment of product vision and business objectives. Previously, I was a senior manager of innovative technology at The Bridge, a lifestyle hub that offers a range of services and activities for urban dwellers. There, I developed and managed a custom CMS and a mobile app that integrated various features and functionalities, such as booking, payment, loyalty, and social media. I also led the project management of ERP implementation for Accel Frontline, a global IT services company.
