I have worked with teams on several 'missions' helping Life-Sciences companies to execute challenging, complex and transformational projects globally. Following are some of the missions executed successfully : MI-1 : Support a major transformation of a big pharma company to a specialty biopharma company MI-2 : Development, submission and launch of the first immuno-oncology drug, Yervoy MI-3 : Build and operate the PMO to manage one of the largest portfolio of biosimilars in the industry MI-4 : Portfolio optimization reducing mature product footprint by over 20% and improving profitability MI-5 : Integration of Clinical Operations for Medivation acquisition by Pfizer (20+ clinical trials) MI-6 : Integration of Pharmacovigilance functions and vendors for the Shire acquisition by Takeda (15 Workstreams, 100+ deliverables, 20%+ reduction in spend through vendor synergies) I have now embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey and launched an AI start-up with the mission to support the digital transformation of the Life-Sciences industry.
