As the leader of strategic initiatives, I am responsible for spearheading key strategic projects in ADM Americas practice, sizing $1+ billion revenue. My key initiatives include improving accounts delivery, boosting additional sales, improving margins, addressing supply chain gaps, managing talent, transforming financial tracking and reporting processes, global ADM repository setup, and creating a data lake to integrate all the systems and design a Chatbot. Previously, as a service delivery manager, I was accountable for AMS deliveries, including service transition, incident, problem & change management, major incident management, SLA performance, service improvement plan, margin improvement, succession planning, monthly & quarterly client governance, driving client value, account mining, and pre-sales support across the US and EMEA regions, with multiple client-facing roles. I have extensive experience in pre-sales support, including working on RFPs, Q&A for client clarification, solutioning, estimation, pricing, proposal presentation preparation, solution reviews, Orals, and SOWs writing. I have led several employee training & development programs, including planning, skill gap assessment, budgeting and content creation, platform setup, internal marketing, nominations evaluation, conducting sessions, leveraging technology, certification with major focus on practical learnings and feedback surveys for improvisation of training programs. Previously, as a senior project manager, I also managed project implementations, upgrades, and migrations, including planning, scheduling, resourcing, tracking, escalation management, stakeholder management, and risk and issue management in a multi-geographical, multi-technological, multi-vendor, and diverse cultural environment.
