When Data, Process and People starts conversing fluently with each other, we see a Magic! I live for creating such Magic in the construction Industry. Fifteen years back when I got introduced to BIM, I knew that this has to do something more than Revit and 3D. Over the time, I matured with several successful BIM experience and also at a cost of few critical failures. Today, I have a wider, better and deeper perspective of what Digital Transformation is all about. My passion for BIM and Digital Transformation pushed me to leave my Corporate career and start “DGTRA”. DGTRA was conceived with a vision to help the construction industry in their digital transformation process and enhance their adaptability to respond to this Change. It’s fun to address the complex digital transformation challenges which sits right at the intersection of Cultural Drivers, Behavioral patterns, Technology drivers, process driver, business performance indices and the associated people. I am a Civil Engineer by training with post-graduation in Business Management having experience in engineering, design, outsourcing, real estate and construction Markets in India as well as select international markets which include Australia, South East Asia, USA, UK and Middle East. I am also a RICS certified BIM Professional and has been instrumental in steering the efforts for developing BIM strategies, BIM workflows, Methodologies and setting up of collaborative design teams for several projects in India & overseas. I have helped companies build strategies for setting up Global teams.
