Scaled JP Morgan Chase & Co. to 1200+ hires across Investment Banking, Asset Management, Treasury & Securities Services, Cards, Retail Financial Services, and Corporate Sector using a Centralized Sourcing Team Setup the Quant practice & grew Royal Bank of Scotland Tech Development Centre from 380 to employees for Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Global Infrastructure & Corporate Units. Setup Global Captive Delivery Centre at 4 locations & grew Hewitt Associates to 6500+ employees from scratch.
