My duties include modifications of designs to keep abreast of the latest Development takes place in this field in India and abroad modifications In the existing design for suiting the specific needs of customers. Modifications of collaborators drawing to suit Indian condition/new material Standards. Selection of machine elements like shafts, bearings, springs, gears, pulleys, V-belts, Timing belts, flat belt, hydraulic and pneumatic parts, chain and sprockets, Gear boxes, motors & also selection of materials. Creating new layouts according to customer need. Converting 2d drawings into 3d models by using SOLIDWORK software for Simulation & analysis. Active participation in Quality Control department in conducting inspection in order to assure quality policy of the company. Active participation in the Fabrication of machine components, welding inspections and checking of drawings. Giving additional information about the mechanism and the processes involved to the machine shop department and vendors. Clarifying assembly queries regarding assembling the parts. Rectifying the practical problems and in feasibility in drawings. We are good at aware of Pneumatic Process And also selection of components Like Solenoid Valves, Cylinders & Fittings.
