Review of engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with execution plans thus meeting the cost control measures at every level of execution. Focus on quality norms with implementation of proper execution/installation/pre-commissioning practices/FQP at site and ensuring proper sequencing of various work activities in line with relevant standards & specification. Focus on safety & occupational health norms, complying in line with the local statutory requirement and maintaining safe working environment at project sites. Maintaining structured documentations, communication and reporting systems in line with company policy. Ensuring smooth contract closing activities covering reconciliation of materials & accounts.
