Presently associated with Efkon India Pvt. Ltd.|| Strabag SE. as a Corp. HSE Head, looking after EHS implementation and compliance across PAN India. Having good knowledge and experienced in developing systems & processes, strategic planning, technical, analytical, ESG and regulatory expertise. Also enhancing EHS performance within the organization by adopting latest & best suited EHS trends, technology, digitization, and sustainable approach. Key Skill / Core Competencies • Ability to handle multiple projects at various geographical location simultaneously (India & overseas). • Leading a team of qualified EHS professionals (approx. 30 numbers) comprise of EHS Managers & EHS Engineers. • Leadership skills to take set policies, guidelines, responsibilities, mentoring, team building and being accountable for overall of EHS performance. • Develop, set and drive EHS KVD, Objective targets & programs integrated with performance monitoring & measuring plan/parameters. • Good planner to rollout new EHS initiatives, engineering control and technology to promote effective IMS implementation and EHS digitization within the organization. • Good consultancy & due diligence skill for IMS implementation, ESG and Sustainability. • Experienced trainer & mentor to build a core EHS team and drive EHS initiatives at all levels within the organization. • Facilitate organization for transition to latest management system, knowledge on ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. • Preparing sustainable EHS strategies, road map, KPI to achieve EHS org. target. • Proficient with the EHS regulations, obligations, technical aspects, contractual requirements. • Good communications, interpersonal, presentation & writing skills. • Analytical skills, problem detection, solution providing abilities and reporting skills. • Team work to accomplish the assigned job on time and deliver best to the company with accuracy. • Develop training module on various EHS topics as per the requirement. • Extensive travelling to project site for EHS inspection, audits, assess project sites for improvement, implementation of effective control measures for safe execution. • Preparation, review & validate departmental process and Reports. • EHS costing and budgeting.
