Data/ Field Formatting, Data Storage, and report Generation) Analyze the data thoroughly to help the Management for their decision making Understand Business requirements based on that can design formats and deploy Follow up with Business development Team, Client Services Department and Quality team to validate data for any further requirements Gathering the feedbacks from the Managers and report users to meet their expectations and updating them accordingly Experienced in preparation of tailor made reports, which will fit for Global Standard model of the Business for similar clients in their departments Adhering to client needs to prepare adhoc reports accordingly for their business needs Knowledge on KPIs related to AP invoice processing, AP payments, CISCO process, Service desk process and Travel and Expenses claims
