I never set out to be a business leader. I didn’t grow up around entrepreneurs or hear stories of startups at the dinner table. But what I’ve always carried with me is curiosity, a hunger to solve real problems, and the belief that if the solution doesn’t exist, you find a way to build it or help build it with the right team. Joining Approlabs in its early days was a turning point. It wasn’t a well-funded venture. It was built from scratch, bootstrapped, tested through failure, and strengthened by perseverance. While I wasn’t the founder, I’ve taken complete ownership of what I lead. From building our go-to-market strategies and expanding into new verticals to helping shape our product-market fit and closing strategic partnerships, I’ve been at the heart of taking ideas and turning them into outcomes. My role goes beyond sales and delivery. It’s about identifying gaps, aligning solutions to real-world business problems, and creating momentum where there was none. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with product and tech teams to ensure what we’re building truly works for the customer. Recently, I’ve been focused on expanding our presence in the UAE, exploring partnerships, meeting business leaders, and introducing our AI-driven platforms in sectors like logistics, retail, and oil and gas. What drives me is not the title but the impact. Every project we take up is a chance to simplify operations, reduce inefficiencies, and create value that lasts. I take pride in building long-term relationships with clients, earning trust, and growing the business in a way that’s both sustainable and meaningful. Outside of work, I draw inspiration from travel, exploring new cultures, and being in nature. But nothing grounds me more than being a father. My daughter reminds me every day why I do what I do. If there’s one lesson I want her to carry forward, it’s that you don’t need a blueprint to start something. All you need is the courage to begin and the persistence to keep going. I may not have all the answers, and I don't expect to. But I know what it means to build something real. Stay curious, keep learning, and move forward with purpose.
