My primary experience lies across the domains of Video collaboration, Audio-Visual (AV) technologies, and Live Broadcast Streaming leading high-performing multimedia teams that provides strategic, operational and technology consultation support to Deloitte’s global businesses on various collaboration technologies & tools. I’m a staunch believer in employing a transparent leadership style that promotes honesty, fosters trust and creates an environment of accountability and commitment. Coaching and mentoring is something I'm extremely passionate about and love having conversations (preferably over coffee!) around employee growth and development.
