•• Maintaine entire Logistics & Warehouse Operations at different Publication’s Book Regional Warehouses with Reverse Logistics • Handling warehouses operations i.e. receiving binning picking packing & dispatching spares to 20 different circle warehouses against their weekly indent/requirement and further to 1500 technicians • Handling Centralize Repairing Centre with 20 Regional Repairing Centre to repair all site return faulty repairable spares and ensure the maximum productivity with available recourses • Managing inventory planning & demand forecasting for 12950 SKU for 21 warehouses & 1500 technicians raising monthly Indent to SCM and coordinating with vendors for timely availability of spares • Conducting Inventory Analysis based upon various methods like XYZ VED FMS & Movement Analysis • Carrying out complete transaction of STNs STRs Pack Slip & Goods Receipt till technicians level • Developing and maintaining efficient & reliable Transport Network by negotiating and finalizing Transporters & Courier Agencies for 20 warehouses and 1500 technicians for facilitating timely & safe delivery • Addressing the issues with logistics service provider for damage in transit short receipt & late delivery etc. • Reducing back order spares by coordinating with SCM Department & Plant PPC Team. • Liaising with R&D Department to identify the alternate usage of non-moving inventory • Monthly monitoring non-moving inventory with Plant PPC & R&D team for proper utilization. • Monthly stock taking Physical Vs System Inventory from Main & 20 Regional Warehouses with the reason of stock variance and ensure to implement corrective measures to control inventory variance • Tracking of all Warranty Spares and ensure the replacement from supplier with root cause analysis • Ensure the preparation of weekly & monthly MIS & report to management Highlights: • Awarded Employee-of-the-Month twice for saving logistics costs & for achieving Inventory reduction
