A Certified Protection Professional from American Society of Industrial Security, Virginia USA and also a Certified Fraud Examiner/Investigator from ACFE, Austin, Texas. In addition, also a Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CATS) from CIISCM Singapore. Also a Certified Risk Manager (ISO 27005 & ISO from PECB, Canada). Further being certified as a Certified Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management Specialist and Corporate Intelligence Management Specialist(CCIMS) both from ARC London. Having wide experience in leadership roles in Ports, SEZ, Telecom Industries with an Armed Forces background. Lead diverse teams in creation of security infra and processes for two biggest security operations in the country. Demonstrated strong people management and leadership skills with an adaptability to work in diverse environments.Career Synopsis As the first Head Security & Loss Prevention vertical of Reliance Jio, was privileged to plan, conceptualize and set up the biggest corporate security operations across 1100+ sites pan India. Was also instrumental in handling Intelligence, Vigilance and Fraud Management; integrating ground-based intelligence with new technology, supporting operations in loss prevention, early warning and business continuity.Presently heading Security and BCP at one of the largest Brownfield Port Projects in the country.I endeavor to be a change evangelist, and passionately work with millennials, maximizing their potential within organizations. I speak on multiple forums, at educational institutions, and within various work groups. I am dedicated to build and lead a multicultural, geographically diverse team.
