I have managed operations across 2,800+ knitting machines, 1,500+ stitching machines, yarn dyeing, and various winding machines, overseeing a team of 4,500 employees. By implementing Lean Manufacturing and TPM principles, I achieved a 62% increase in productivity. At Trident Group, I drove an 80% production capacity expansion while maintaining 98%+ A-grade quality standards.
