I have worked in software development for over 30 years, as a business analyst, capability manager, and team leader - each role involving planning, scoping, business analysis, and related. I have also managed the delivery of enterprise-level software development and systems integration in extremely challenging environments. I analysed and documented future state business processes, requirements and the business rules needed to achieve the goal of awesome customer experience in regard to customer onboarding. I enjoyed collaborating with various stakeholders and expanded my knowledge about compliance areas such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT), Common Reporting Standard, and bank’s policy matters and other related challenges.
