I am a passionate and strategic learner with composite experience of executing digital services business operations and Delivery Management for IT service companies & for Capability/Shared services/competence centers (GCC). Started career as a programmer in TCS (worked for 15 years), my experience includes managing P&L of business unit, managing large and complex programs, cross-functional engagements and working with globally distributed cross cultural teams. I have worked overseas (US, UK, Canada & Austria) for 7+ years in client facing roles. I have extensive experience of working with Manufacturing, BFSI, Pharma, Energy & Utilities, Automotive, Resources, Logistics & Transportation business domains. My current role in AT & S (European company) as Head of Global Competence (i.e. capability) Center (India) and earlier in ANDRITZ (European company) as Director & Head Global Delivery Center (India) helped me to truly understand the obstacles and the opportunities of building a GCC in India. I started everything from scratch and got the experience of developing a new IT organization set up. My contribution is to build an IT organization of diverse skills in a non-IT company. This accomplishment is testimony of my leadership i.e, a proven IT leader by virtues who can attract, develop, mentor and most importantly retain workforce. I build strong teams that operate with an innovative and empowered growth mindset, which delivers customer success and accelerated optimization of operations. About 5 years of the experience working in the India domestic market including the government sector where I worked as CIO/Project Director. Extensive Technical experience on ERP SAP, Data Science, Front end apps, Infrastructure & Security services. Maintain operations & delivery models, frameworks, job roles, assessments and strategies. Manage stakeholders on all levels within Global Service Delivery. Deployed and implemented Service Delivery Strategy.
