Formerly a qualified solicitor specialising in employment law, I moved into HR over 15 years ago. I have worked across a range of HR roles from specialist areas such as Employment Policy, Legal & Compliance to Senior HR Consultant within ScottishPower. Most recently I was the Employee Relations & Employee Engagement Manager at ScottishPower responsible for driving the strategy in these areas across the organisation.
