My Team lead had once told me “If I give anything to Sunil, then, I do not need to think about the task”. I would like my colleagues, customers and management to have the same level of confidence in me. That I can deliver results and take everyone along. I would want to be known for my passion, dedication, communication and flexibility. I am proud that over the past 18+ years of my career I have got the opportunity to contribute, lead and learn new things. Some of the proud moments so far have been, to investigate the root causes for various issues reported in plants, field recalls, vehicle tests and lab. I enjoy the challenge of going down the rabbit hole and exploring why the software is behaving the way it is. I am also proud that I could express my leadership and team spirit while being an Associate Project Manager, Team Lead, Competency forum Leader, Product Owner, Cybersecurity Architect and guiding new joiners onboard. Happy that I got to design and deliver complex software's with highest Quality. Have always been part of Bosch group (8 years in Bangalore, India and remaining in Stuttgart, Germany). During these years I have gained extensive experience on automotive middle-ware software development based on AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive) and on legacy platforms. Topics range from: Cybersecurity, Memory drivers, MCAL drivers and complex device drivers (CDDs) like Engine Management System State Manager. In my current role of Cybersecurity Architect, I am leading the rollout of Cybersecurity Process as per ISO21434 + UNR155 for our Microprocessor SoCs based middle-ware product. This product is based on High-performance computing ECUs running on POSIX based OS (QNX and Linux). I believe in living a whole and complete life. I am passionate long distance runner. I run 2 Marathons (42.195km) a year and in different cities and countries (India, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, USA and soon in Greece). Have completed 18 Marathons so far. I love reading books (for myself and with kids) and hearing podcasts while driving on topics like History, Anthropology, Economics, Auto biographies and any other interesting topics.
