Big conglomerates are outnumbered by the number of contracts that they must manage. This is where professionals like me, step in, analyze and summarize such contracts for the client. Abstracting risk clauses from a massive set of legal documents and thereby ensuring the client stays compliant with various regulatory laws and provisions, is what I primarily excel in.Working for over 8 years in EY has given me an insight into client interaction, driving a project to completion while ensuring accuracy and recently in my role as an Assistant Manager, team management. I have undertaken projects related to Contract Lifestyle Management including contract review, due diligence, and analysis across a wide variety of executed document and large-scale client outreach.
