About Sunita Saha

I've always aspired to be an architect. Having moved from crafting Lego masterpieces to realizing dream homes, it has been a lifelong commitment to design and construction. Over the years, the field has continuously enlightened me. In my previous role, where I oversaw projects from inception to completion, it revealed the multifaceted nature of architecture. While designing dream houses was fulfilling, my true excitement stemmed from delving into the meticulous planning and organization crucial to every successful project. In my relentless pursuit of perfection in every drawing and document, I discovered a newfound passion for management. The thrill of ticking off tasks on my to-do list became a daily joy, driving me to constantly seek ways to steer projects back on course during challenges. Immersing myself in studying the subject and relevant software not only deepened my understanding but also gave me the confidence for this exciting career shift. As a natural people person, I excel in leadership and delegation. Though my work-centric approach may border on an unhealthy obsession, I strongly believe in prioritizing passion. On my off days, you’ll find me immersed in books and writing—world-building of a different kind, additional sources of joy and inspiration. Continuous self-growth and learning are integral aspects of my life. Proudly extroverted, I thrive on meeting new people and exploring new perspectives.
