My career spans multiple industries, including IT, logistics, manufacturing, and education, with notable roles at Essar, Oracle financial and Aditya Birla Group. This diverse background has enriched my expertise in designing and growing sustainable businesses. Key Achievements that showcases my various interventions-Aditya Birla Group: Led the final phase of a 5-year HR transformation, managing a large-scale stakeholder survey with over participants. This initiative, highlighted in the Chairman’s annual speech, drove significant improvements and stakeholder satisfaction-Ultratech: Pioneered the "Talent Diagnostic" initiative, linking workforce planning to business strategy. Developed a talent ecosystem with training programs, career planning, and online assessments, standardizing talent practices across the company-Ultratech Merger: Played a key role in the seamless integration of JP units, developing and executing a rapid implementation plan that achieved one of the fastest and smoothest SOFT integrations in Aditya Birla Group history. Currently, I lead Gestalt Alt Consulting, where we focus on supporting mid-sized organizations in scaling sustainably. My passion lies in developing future leaders and fostering collaboration and inclusion as drivers of organizational change and growth.
