Act as a brand custodian for Podar Jumbo Kids management run schools which is a part of Podar Education Network, Mumbai and ensure brand integrity is protected at all times via adherence to all requirements across key functions namely, Curriculum implementation, Operations, Development and Marketing. I have demonstrated leadership strengths and proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities. I possess an excellent ability to motivate others; coupled with the ability to communicate comfortably at all levels, therefore ensuring an excellent working environment for all members of the team to perform at their bests. I am also the Master Franchise, Podar Jumbo Kids Andhra and Telangana offering support to business partners, which ensures the overall success of the organization.
