I've had the privilege of spending 15 years in the mining sector, with many of those years focused on sales management, complemented by 6 wonderful years in mill liner design within the engineering department. In my role as a Regional Sales Manager, I've always aimed to be there for our customers, and together with a supportive team, consistently led the team to achieve its goals. Fostering and nurturing client relationships is something I truly value as I believe that genuine connections are key. While I've been fortunate to achieve certain milestones in my career, it's the adaptability and learning from diverse organizational settings that I cherish the most. Drawing from my experience in regional planning and expansion, I've had the opportunity to delve deep into managing relationships. This journey has honed my skills in grasping the subtle nuances of relationship management, enabling me to approach discussions with both clarity and empathy. Adaptability is a virtue I hold dear. My aspiration in every endeavor is not just to be a part of the team, but to uplift it, ensuring I always leave a positive and lasting impact. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit, diving into sci-fi novels, capturing memories through photography, and exploring new destinations. I believe in continuous growth, leveraging the Covid19 lockdowns to immerse myself in both personal and professional development pursuits.
