I am Sunprit Singh, ISTQB Certified Tester having experience of over 14 years in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. I am presently associated with Qualitest, Toronto as Test Lead. Over these years, I have gained sound understanding and experience of different test approaches and techniques. At all times, I make sure that both the company’s and the client’s interests are at the core of any project. I am a good team player and a leader who can comfortably work with clients, stakeholders and deployment teams to develop and enhance software functionality. Also possess sound knowledge of Manual Testing for Web based, Mobile, D365 CRM app, Desktop, I-Series (AS/400) and Mainframe based applications. Well versed with testing of POS systems, E-commerce, Retail Banking, Marketing/Financial Intelligence, Insurance system, Order Management System, Payment solutions, Cash management system and SAP FI. I have good experience in designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases and test processes. I am proficient in Functional Testing, Agile Testing, Regression Testing and Integration Testing and expertise in developing test estimations, test plans, test cases/scenarios, test procedures, analysing test results and test documentation and test metrics. I was deputed in UK for a particular project and worked with cross cultural team. My abilities also include compliance testing for Insurance applications and testing the retail systems and insurance systems (especially for rent to own business). I have keen inclination to learn new technologies. In leisure time, I read newspaper, play Snooker, Table Tennis and keep myself updated with current technologies.
