I started as a distributor of crafting materials. My shop carries brands like American Crafts, DCWV, Cricut, Cameo - all materials needed for a creative lifestyle. Pens, paper, ribbon - you name it, my shop The Crafters Marketplace Manila carries it. Slowly, I ventured into events - Craft Days that promoted wellness and taking time out to enjoy what women like myself loved to do. Our events were focused on bringing women together for one full day, to craft, be around other women who enjoyed crafting as well. And of course, we had pop up shops to fill our need for shopping, additional materials and tools. The need for such events have grown through the years. I started with one major event a year, until 2019 where we had two events per year, and smaller pocket events to sustain the demand of "ME TIME". Because women found that when they step away from their major roles in life, to simply fill their cups, they come back happier, more relaxed, and more excited to take on more tasks in life. With the COVID19 situation, I have had to pivot my business, and take things online. Now I am hosting more intimate events online, where we craft together as a community.
