Currently, I am an E-commerce Engineer and Analyst at Floor & Decor, a leading specialty retailer of hard surface flooring in the U.S. At Floor & Decor, I spearhead investigations, triage, and root cause analysis for critical issues, ensuring swift resolution and effective escalation strategy. I also lead comprehensive troubleshooting efforts, encompassing running health checks, replicating data, and managing system and application access. By maintaining optimal functionality across all 205 nationwide stores within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, I have contributed to an annual saving of $57M+ in revenue. Additionally, I successfully deliver on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned e-commerce products, aligning with strategic company goals and ensuring timely product launches.
