As the Regional Leader for Customer Success at Talview, I oversee the challenging and vital APAC region, where my leadership has led to a 100% logo retention rate and overachieving revenue attainment. My journey in Service Delivery Management, Quality Assurance, Transition Management, and Customer Success has spanned various industries, including technology, financial SaaS, retail, hiring, talent management, and e-commerce. I have consistently demonstrated the ability to build businesses and high-performing teams from the ground up, always exceeding expectations. In addition to my corporate achievements, I am also the proud founder of "Stay at Zania's", a leading brand in the pet services industry in Bangalore, established in 2012. Stay at Zania's has been also featured in articles on Times of India, Deccan Herald etc. This entrepreneurial venture has provided me with invaluable experience in business development and management.
