Supinder is an experienced professional accountant. Using both strategic and operational initiatives, he has been able to improve internal and external processes within the organizations he has worked with. He has done this adding value to the organization through the implementation of new procedures and also in helping to improve on existing ones. Helping turn around 4 divisions into profitable enterprises within the space of 7 years, it has allowed Supinder to address all financial and non-financial aspects of the Controllership role. He brings an attention to detail, focus and a drive to succeed to all that work with him. He is an experienced CMA who has excelled in Reporting, Budgeting, Planning and Implementation of key processes like SOX compliance and IFRS. In addition to this, Supinder continues to focus on the future. Returning to teach at the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario, he is now an integral member of the instructing staff responsible for training future CMA's.
